Katie has a 15-year track record of seamlessly merging budgets, timelines, creative ideas and production fiascos. She enjoys the middle ground that producers have to live in, balancing big creative dreams with ever-changing realities. Her first boss in advertising told her she had to learn to be a chameleon. And that she is.

 

She has tackled the toughest of jobs at both large and small agencies, and also spent five years building and growing an in-house production studio with a team of directors, cinematographers, editors and designers. Her work has taken her to exotic locales such as Bali, Mongolia, South Africa, Alaska, and the woods of northern Wisconsin. Katie's projects have gained recognition at Cannes, One Show, D&AD and beyond.
